We are excited to announce that we are looking for an Off-site SEO Specialist to join our team.

As an Off-site SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in growing our digital presence through strategic link-building and outreach efforts. You’ll be responsible for executing data-driven off-site SEO strategies that help increase search visibility, drive authority, and support organic growth across various projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s passionate about SEO and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, international environment.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct competitor analysis to uncover new link-building and growth opportunities

  • Maintain a healthy and diverse backlink profile

  • Achieve monthly link-building targets

  • Identify areas for improvement and growth in SEO strategy

  • Lead off-site SEO campaigns and provide performance updates

  • Regularly report on progress, insights, and key SEO metrics to the team


What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with off-site SEO strategies and industry best practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Solid Understanding of different SEO techniques and link building strategies

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize independently, and manage time effectively

  • Excellent outreach, pitching, and negotiation abilities

  • Demonstrated success in executing link-building campaigns

Compensation: €1320 – €2100 gross
Language requirements: Lithuanian not required.
International candidates with the right to work in the EU are welcome.
Relocation to Vilnius, Lithuania is required.
