About the project

The campaign will run across multiple digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, TikTok and rich media placements.
The goal of the campaign is to create engaging, platform-native creatives that attract attention, drive traffic, support player acquisition and build brand awareness while staying aligned with messaging, platform requirements and responsible communication.
We are looking for someone who can understand the campaign, the brand, the audience, the platform behavior and the difference between a creative that looks good and a creative that performs.

 

About the role

We are looking for a creative thinker and fast executor who can develop campaign creatives, ad concepts, social media posts, static ads, short-form videos, rich media assets and creative variations for paid media testing.
The ideal candidate should be able to take a campaign direction and turn it into multiple creative concepts across platforms, formats, hooks, messages and audiences. You should understand that a TikTok creative cannot simply be a resized Facebook ad, that Reddit needs a different tone, that X needs fast-scroll messaging and that Instagram needs visually strong, instantly understandable content.
You will be expected to work at speed, create large batches of creatives, resize and adapt assets for different placements, test multiple creative angles and support the campaign team with fresh creative output throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

As the Creative Strategist / Campaign Creative Specialist, your role will be to turn campaign objectives into strong creative concepts and high-performing assets across Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, TikTok and rich media placements.
You will develop creative ideas for paid media campaigns, social media posts, static ads, short-form videos, rich media banners and platform-specific campaign assets. This will include coming up with hooks, visual directions, ad copy overlays, layout ideas, character-led concepts, promotional angles and creative variations that can be tested across different audiences and placements.
A key part of the role will be understanding how creative needs to change across platforms. You will be expected to create concepts that feel native to each channel rather than using the same design everywhere.
You will also be responsible for resizing and adapting creatives into different platform formats and placements, including feed, story, reel, vertical video, square, landscape, and rich media formats. The campaign will require a high volume of creative output, so you must be comfortable producing large batches of creatives at scale while maintaining quality and consistency.
You will work closely with the paid media team and digital account strategist to support creative testing. This may include creating different versions of the same concept using different headlines, hooks, CTAs, visual treatments, characters, backgrounds, layouts, formats and messaging angles. You will help the team identify what kinds of creatives are being tested and ensure each variation is different enough to generate useful performance insights.
You will also support ongoing creative refreshes throughout the campaign by reviewing performance feedback, understanding which creative angles are working, developing new variations and helping avoid creative fatigue. When needed, you may also support quick-turnaround creative requests, campaign updates, social media content, landing page visual support and ad hoc creative requirements.
In simple terms, your role is to help us keep the campaign visually fresh, platform-relevant, testable and performance-focused.

  • Good at understanding what makes users stop scrolling, click or engage.
  • Able to work with brand assets, character assets, logos, promotional messages and game visuals.
  • Detail-oriented enough to maintain brand consistency across all outputs.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple creative requests at once.
  • Open to feedback and able to revise creatives quickly.
  • Comfortable working with paid media teams, project coordinators and campaign managers.
  • Able to understand the difference between creative that looks attractive and creative that is built to perform.

Skills and experience required

  • Experience in creative strategy, digital design, social media design, campaign creative development or paid media creative production.
  • Strong understanding of creative requirements for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X and rich media placements.
  • Ability to develop static creatives, short-form video concepts, social media posts and performance marketing assets.
  • Experience creating multiple creative variations for A/B testing or paid media testing.
  • Ability to resize and adapt creatives for different platform specifications and placements.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with good understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, color, pacing and message clarity.
  • Good copy instincts for short-form campaign messaging, hooks, captions and ad text overlays.
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Ability to manage creative batches, naming conventions, file organisation and delivery timelines.
  • Good understanding of paid media campaign workflows would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience working on paid media campaigns is a plus.
  • Previous experience in iGaming, gaming, entertainment, fintech, crypto, ecommerce or other highly competitive digital industries would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
  • Strong command of English for campaign messaging, creative notes, captions and internal communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience creating creatives for US audiences.
  • Experience working with humour-led, meme-inspired, character-led, or entertainment-focused campaigns.
  • Experience working on campaigns with compliance restrictions or platform approval requirements.
  • Understanding of creative fatigue, creative testing, CTR, CPA, CPC, conversion-focused design and paid media performance metrics.
  • Ability to support both concept development and hands-on design execution.
