Main Purpose of Role
As a Digital Account Strategist, you’ll act as a strategic partner to our clients—guiding them with insights, digital expertise, and proactive advice to help them achieve their business goals. You’ll translate their needs into action, ensuring alignment between client expectations and our digital solutions, with a strong focus on delivering value, retention, and growth.


Accountabilities and Duties
  • Act as the strategic advisor and main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships based on value delivery and expertise
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' goals, challenges, and industries to provide tailored recommendations
  • Lead regular strategy reviews and performance check-ins with clients
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns and services
  • Analyze campaign data and client KPIs to surface insights and growth opportunities
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize client strategies and drive measurable results
  • Help shape clients’ digital roadmap by recommending innovative approaches based on emerging trends and technologies
  • Support onboarding and ongoing enablement of clients, ensuring they are set up for long-term success
  • Contribute to service innovation by channeling client feedback into our internal processes and offerings
  • Collaborate with sales on upsell and cross-sell strategies to grow client accounts
  • Provide accurate reporting on client health, account growth, and strategic forecasts

  • Client satisfaction and retention metrics (NPS, renewal rates)
  • Strategic impact of advisory work (campaign improvements, client KPIs)
  • Account growth (upsells, cross-sells, expanded scopes)

Essential Skills and Competencies Required
  • Knowledge and consulting familiarity with key digital channels such as SEO, Google Ads, Display Ads, Google Analytics, and similar platforms
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights

Preferred Experience Required
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing agency
  • Experience managing customer retention and expansion strategies
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services and agency operations
  • Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and growth metrics
Other Information
Knowledge of the Lithuanian language is not required for this role, but eligibility to work in the EU is necessary.

Type: Hybrid (3 office days, 2 remote days, 30 days/year work from anywhere)
Salary Band on Appointment: 2,500 – 3,100 EUR (before taxes)
